2009 - 2010 Contest @ Forsyth Central “GBC”  

Dear WF Band Families,

Below is the itinerary for the final contest of the season next Saturday.
Attached is the performance schedule for all bands.
This show will be the culmination of all our hard work.
Keep your fingers crossed for an illness-free, injury-free and rain-free week
leading up to the big event.
We need two more really great rehearsals and a great show!!!
Also, make sure we fill the stands with West Forsyth fans. Make lots of noise!

3:30pm Depart WFHS
4:00pm Arrive at Forsyth Central HS*
5:10pm Warm-up
6:10pm WFHS Performance
6:30pm Load trailers & change clothes
7:00pm Dinner & watch bands
9:30pm Awards
10:00pm Load buses & depart*
10:30pm Return to WFHS & unload*
