Brenda Samnick is collecting recipes for a recipe book to be sold for $5.00 . Please submit one recipe from each of these categories and submit to Brenda Samnick at samnickb@ticus.com

The recipe can be scanned and e-mailed to Brenda at the above address as soon as possible. We may sell these with the donuts at Wal-marton the 13th or even at the Cumming Christmas Parade if ready by the 6th.

 December Fundraisers
Saturday, December 13th-  Krispie Kreme Fundraiser- Wal-Mart off of Hwy 9. This has been approved. All Guard members will report to the Wal-Mart on Hwy 9 located between Midway and Alpharetta at 9:00 am. Please look at Krispie Kreme pre-order form. Donuts will be sold for $6.00 a box and will be delivered Saturday evening the 13th or Sunday morning by the guard member who took the order. Therefore sell pre-orders only to neighborhood or family members as it would take too long for you to deliver. All pre-orders should be completed by December 11th and placed in an envelope with the following information:
1. The completed form ( make a copy for yourself to keep)
2. Money with total amount collected written on the envelope
3. Name of guard member who submitted the order.
4. All checks should be made out to WFHS band boosters.
5. Outside of envelope should have Guard Krispie Kreme Pre-Order Form written on it. and should be placed in the Black Box in the band room
 
 I will also need some parents to help with donut  sales. 3-4 parents every two hours. We are planning to sell donuts from 9:00 am until 4:00 or until they are gone. Please e-mail me if you are interested in helping that day.

Monday, December 15th- All T-shirt sponsorships forms and money should be put in the black box  in band room or mailed no later then December 15th. If you need a tax receipt for someone who has donated please get one from the band room or e-mail me at kthight@comcast.net.
Sponsor shall receive recognition on the website as a guard sponsor and will get their name on the show shirt.
